HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER - GENERALIST - HRBP
Awesome opportunity for an HR Business Partner for Pharma client in the King of prussia, PA area.
This position will support the Global HR Business Partner to deliver the people agenda across the designated Business Functions.
The role will have a specific focus on the North American employee and leader population but will work across the larger global matrix to deliver consistent practices Supports and executes people processes, programs and initiative for the designated client group Leads all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council matters Influences and builds relationships with various leaders and people managers to reinforce HR's position as a trusted advisor to the Business Helps create and support an engaging work environment by communicating a compelling work environment Drives the Talent Agenda within the designated client group Participates and sits on various LT's within client group and is HR voice at the table Effectively partners with HR COE's to deliver best in class client service to designated business area REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field required 5
years' experience as a HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization Experience managing investigations and employee relations Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organization Experience in a global company in a matrixed reporting environment preferred For immediate consideration - please submit resume to Chrc511@kellyservices.
